Whether you are new to Catholic University and the Washington, D.C., area or you are a current student who is making the decision to live off-campus, searching for an apartment can seem like a daunting task. The Office of Housing Services provides support that fosters a positive off-campus living experience.

Housing Services will help guide you through this process and discuss such issues as safety & security, tenant & landlord rights, negotiating leases, and living in the community.
